In most cases, the goods featured on this site are sourced directly from the retail stores. In some instances, these goods may not be obtained directly from the retail stores but rather may have been purchased from the staff of these retail stores / outlets at a discount.
In this regard, Dolci It expressly disclaims any indication that it is an authorized dealer or agent of any of the designers whose goods are offered on this site.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By using this site and/or placing an order with Dolci It, you are deemed to have read and accepted the important disclaimer and notice section and the terms and conditions (herein collectively referred to as the "agreement") set out herein. If you are not willing to accept the terms and conditions of the agreement set out herein, you must then leave this site and not place any order. There is no obligation to use this site or to purchase anything from this site, all goods featured on this site are merely invitations to treat and not offers construed under the law of contract.
We will not entertain any refund or exchange of goods purchased from this site SAVE FOR goods that are proven to be not authentic after formal police report has been lodged with the local authorities. Please note that any claim as to authenticity will result in Dolci It reporting such claim to local authorities where the bag was sourced and where you purchased the bag and until the investigation is completed, no refund will be entertained and goods must be handed over to the authorities for investigation. In any case, we reserve the right to refund or provide for an exchange in certain limited instances.
Any claim as to defect of the good must be lodged at the point of collection / delivery, in cases where the item is delivered by our trusted courier partner, you must reject delivery, otherwise your claim as to defect will be ignored and no refund will be provided as the good remains with you.
Colours of the goods featured on the site may vary slightly from the pictures due to the lighting or resolution or even the natural condition of the bag, some leather goods will have varying shades and that may be deliberate.
Occasionally, there may be information on the Web site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may be related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers and availability. Dolci It reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted).
We will retain original copies of the receipt on our records for a period of 7 years. If you require a duplicate of receipts of your purchase, please note that we are only able to issue redacted duplicates where the relevant details of the (i) personal shopper who sourced for the items, (ii) sales assistant who sold us the items which they bought at staff price, (iii) price and whichever other data which we deem as sensitive, will be blacked out. In the event of a litigation dispute or investigation that the goods sold by Dolci It is not authentic, the original copies of the receipts will be used to facilitate the court action and on the production of a court order, we will be able to provide certified true copy of the relevant receipt to you.
In addition, Dolci It disclaims any implied representation or warranty with regard to this site or its contents, including the goods offered on this site. Dolci It is providing this site, its contents, and all goods on an "AS IS" basis. By using this site, you expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk. Dolci It will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages.
The site, its content and all text, images, merchandise, and other information on, accessible from or available through this site are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You agree that Dolci It’s entire liability under any purchase transaction made by you shall not exceed the amount paid to Dolci It for the purchase of the relevant good.
If this agreement or any part thereof is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that part will be severed and the illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the untainted parts of this agreement, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
The agreement set out herein shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Singapore.
